bfm: no sleep till bedtime - 21-02-09

three quarters of this show was broadcast out of studio 3, rick (the station's tech wiz) had been doing upgrades on studio 1 since 11 am, so a solid 8 hours and without lunch..
we managed to cutover to the new setup seamlessly...i was glad because i felt like a fish out of water in the smaller studio 3!
the bfm desk is now 200mm higher so one can easily do shows standing up, so wicked!! (bFM has had a history of uncomfortable and totally bung chairs)
also the 15" sub is now located right under the desk as opposed to the far corner of the room
